As a marketing coordinator, I helped strategize the overall marketing plan for the library, that involved managing and updating website content, social media marketing, public relations, event marketing, direct marketing, or media management. I developed strategies to increase awareness and utilization of libraries services. Several of my articles ran on the front page of a local paper, my displays have increased awareness of issues as well as circulation of materials.As an adult programming coordinator, I created, promoted and developed programs that informed, educated and enriched teens and adults in the Bradford area. I have planned and implemented the following programs: a panel discussion on gender discrimination, seminars on health, legal and financial issues, and two well-attended art programs and escape rooms. I also created two regular monthly programs: a Creative Share and Chess Club, which have been growing. I increased participation in adult programs for our library by 60%.

The Main Street Manager position is part of the Main Street Program. The Main Street Program is a comprehensive Revitalization process that focuses on four points: Promotion, Organization, Design and Economic Restructuring. It integrates a practical management strategy with the physical improvement of buildings and public spaces, aggressive promotion and image building, and the economic development of the area. The approach is incremental in nature, fostering the long-term management of change and growth. The program was developed by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to help promote long term revitalization.
