Using a highly integrated team approach, successfully coordinated Facilities deliverables for two project funding gates. Actively provided project management and coordination on a daily basis, which included a high level of interaction with the selected Engineering and Procurement (EP) firm.

Managed two Outboards projects up to project deferral. Presented with an aggressive project schedule, was able to complete optimized engineering design for the two projects on-schedule and on-budget. Maximized lean internal resources to facilitate successful project team collaboration. Multi-tasked with also project managing Well Pad 104 at the same time (managed projects concurrently). Seamlessly and effectively leveraged EP firm resources.

Project Engineer on Well Pad 103. Maximized project team resources, including the selected EP firm, on a daily basis, to bring the project to construction. Main area of focus was pipeline engineering and construction. Provided transparent communication to project stakeholders regarding updates on project cost, schedule and scope. Despite a challenging project schedule that fluctuated throughout project execution, the Well Pad was safely and successfully brought on-line in April 2015.
