I currently recruit for all of Pharmacy Services, Biomed Engineering and Clinical Nutrition at The University of Kansas Health System. - Source, interview and hire top talent individuals with a requisition load that averages between 60-90 openings.- Collaborate with all levels of leadership to ensure that candidates are being selected based on each department's needs and qualifications stated in the job description.- Maintain ICIMS applicant tracking system and point of contact regarding any issues hiring managers experienced. - Actively recruited between 70-100 requisitions for a variety of departments based on OFCCP regulations. - Sourced, interviewed and hired qualified candidates in both clinical and nonclinical roles.- Recruited for the following areas: Emergency Department, Burn Center, Float Pool, Nursing Clinical Excellence, Nursing Department, Pain Management, Adult Psych, Rehab Services, Case Management, Social Work, Ryan White Title Grant, Construction Renovation, Operations Capital Projects, Organizational Improvement, Infection Control, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, Sleep Disorders Clinic, Utilization Review, Volunteer Services and all 8 Kansas City Cancer Center locations.- Worked directly with hiring managers to ensure that candidates were being selected based on each department's needs and qualifications stated in the job description.- Maintained Position Manager applicant tracking system and was point of contact regarding any issues hiring managers experienced.- Calculated and extended offers to candidates based on experience and internal equity.- Organized and oversaw new employee orientations twice a month with an average of 60 new employees each session.- Utilized wide variety of outlets to generate candidates including LinkedIn, Facebook, CareerBuilder, specialized job boards, career fairs and referral programs.- Continuously collaborated with the Marketing department to help create all recruitment flyers and brochures.- Coordinated and attended career fairs and was main point of contact for all Affirmative Action initiatives.
