Document technical test data in support of engineering projects for the customer, the U.S. Army• Edit, rewrite, and proofread standardized Test Incident Reports (TIRs) within the time frame of the incident specified in the Department of Defense• Review daily Equipment Component Logs to ensure the accuracy of data and to identify all necessary test incidents requiring a Test Incident Report• Review and edit all TIRs for proper form and content in accordance with Army regulations• Upon completion of PM review and final edits, publish all TIRs into government database• Mentor and provide on-the-job training for inexperienced section personnel as needed• Assist personnel in writing and editing TIRs to eliminate backlog• Track and record part-life of all test equipment from date of receipt to the date of final transfer back to the government• Prepare and maintain electronic TIR trackers to ensure the timeliness of reporting deliverables throughout the testing lifecycle• Coordinate with Project Managers, Test Engineers, and Government personnel regularly• Attend and participate in meetings and conferences to discuss reporting and test equipment• Attend end of test review and revise reports based on final decision or corrective actions performed
