I was a Senior Technical Advisor at Apple for over eight years, where I provided the highest level of customer service and issue resolution across the full suite of Apple products and services. I was a member of the founding social media support team, and I created and presented staffing calculations to upper management weekly. I also have a background in sports, having worked as a Seasonal Video Assistant for the Atlanta Falcons and earned a Master of Science in Sport Administration from Georgia State University.
