Hello my name is Cole Wentworth and I’m currently a senior at Dalton State College studying business management in the Wright School of Business. I am a transfer from Thomas university and I am on a golf scholarship at Dalton State.I currently work part time as a brokers assistant for Mossy Oak Properties. In my position I work directly with buyers and sellers in the real estate industry. After two years in this industry I have learned many communication and customer relation skills, that will help me in my future profession after college. Previously I worked as the head golf instructor at MCC in north Florida. At this job I held private lessons and helped manage and run golf camps for all ages. My career goal after graduation is to enroll in a PGM program to be the head instructor and manage a pro shop at a private country club. If I had the choice I would like to work in central to north Florida but would be open to anything if the opportunity presented itself. For now I plan to continue to sharpen my skills in the sales industry until graduation. With the skills I’m acquiring in the sales industry, my degree, and my knowledge for the game of golf, I feel I will be well prepared to succeed in my future career.
