I had an itch to do something creative and gave myself the permission to explore it. I quickly stumbled into my first business venture in 2012, Junk In The Trunk, which I spent 10 years growing from a backyard vintage market into a booming market serving thousands of business owners and connecting them with thousands of shoppers with a brick and mortar location. How did I do it? Community. That journey taught me that, as a female founder, having a community of women to lean on, be inspired by, and learn from, is a catalyst for any entrepreneur trying to find her way.
