I am a CG Supervisor and senior artist, with 14 years experience in the VFX industry, currently looking for new and exciting opportunities. My career has enabled me to work on a variety of projects which have spanned across film, television shows, commercials, music videos and installations. These have included well known projects such as Harry Potter (The Deathly Hallows, Part 1), Tooned (Mclaren F1 animated TV series ), The Salmon Dance by The Chemical Brothers (Music Video), Mars (National Geographic TV series), a DJ Hero game cinematic; as well as campaigns for top brands such as Beats by Dre, Verizon, Microsoft, Google, Dyson and Kellogg's, to name a few.Whilst a member of the Integrated Advertising division at Framestore, a key aspect of my role as supervisor was to interpret complex briefs from clients and directors; then provide creative and technical solutions with the goal of helping them realise their vision, all within tight deadlines and budgets. An equally important part of the job that I particularly enjoyed, was the opportunity to actively get involved in training, mentoring and motivating talent within a team. I am proud to have successfully supervised groups of artists on a number of projects, and I work well in fast paced environments that require the ability to efficiently manage last minute changes. I am highly organised in managing my own workload, and have a detailed and thorough understanding of the visual effects process. I also have a keen interest in global technology innovations and trends, and always endeavour to stay up to date learning about useful new tools in order to share these with my peers, and ultimately maintain the highest and most professional levels of work.
