Over the past two decades I have worked at the heart of the UK and international tech and investment scenes with a continual focus on creating market growth and shareholder value through digital disruption. This has included working in both private and public sectors across tech, creative & financial services - investing for VCs, mentoring founders, leading teams and driving sales. A born problem solver, who believes in the power of technology, networks and strategy to deliver growth. With my experience in tech and investments, and an academic background in human rights, I now spend my days running 'Hedyn Group Ltd' which focuses on backing the world's best startups, 'Displaced Connections' a tech start-up building innovative solutions to help refugees communicate with loved ones, and a charity called 'D**rstep' which delivers humanitarian aid around the world and bring back evidence of conflict and climate change to create art installations that raise their public awareness. Currently based in Kyiv, operating across Ukraine.
