I have had the luxury of going over deal settlements with both tour managers, as well as merchandise sellers, at large events with national tours.

After reaching out to these online celebrities I used a CRM software called Creator IQ to perform social listening to gauge the effectiveness of the campaign.

I worked remotely through the duration of the '22 summer with the Information Technology department at Mediahub and MullenLowe while shadowing and helping the Media Planning Team specifically for the AtHome account.During this internship, I learned about remote customer service and task prioritization while assigning and delegating tasks to other employees in the IT department and meeting with customers one one-on-one as well.When shadowing the media planning department I took notes during both weekly and daily team status meetings involving project timelines, deadlines, and weekly deliverables to clients and other teams.
