My mission is to elevate educational outcomes through evidence-based research. I focus on partnering with educational organizations to substantiate their offerings' impact, leveraging mixed methods research and data analysis to drive actionable insights. Additionally, I help organizations create a research-based logic model as a first step in creating an evidence base for their product.My work in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) aims to revolutionize how educators integrate SEL into curriculums. Thanks to a rich background in curriculum instruction and hands-on experience at UC Berkeley, I am guiding organizations toward strategic alignment with SEL principles, shaping a more empathetic and effective educational landscape.
