Supported the Global Markets business through a period of significant growth, focusing on senior technology appointments within the investment banking group.

Led a team of eight supporting technology hiring across all of the T-Mobile UK business. Personally accountable for all senior and executive hiring including exec search and assessment.

I set up and led this function which was specifically focused on executive and strategic hiring for the global business regions. This covered senior leadership appointments across the Americas, UK and Europe, Middle East & Africa and SE Asia.
