Graduate of Ravensbourne College of Design & Communication, gaining 1st class honours for Interior design.Previous experience includes working freelance on residential projects for over two years for small local architecture firms in East London. Worked for LOM-FDP for 6 & half years on commercial & retail projects, including the store expansion programme in the UK & Ireland for TJX Europe. 4 years as Lead Design Manager at Rawls, I managed the Retail Delivery Team working for Adam & Paul, and writing design guidelines for shopping centres and major mixed use development schemes for FTSE 100 companies. Had the privilege of working on some fantastic developments, including the BCSC Gold award winning Foodcourt at intu Lakeside, and the Phase 3 expansion of the historic Swindon Designer Outlet, Battersea Power Station Phase 1, and for the first part of the Elephant Park scheme.3 3/4 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, working as a Design Manager on Special Projects at both Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City. Now running my own company, Fit & Proper Design, offering design and design management services in the commercial and residential sectors.
