A full member of CIPP, and also a full member of the British Computer Society (BCS), the Chartered Institute for IT. Secretary of the BCS Payroll Speciallist Group from 2013 until 2021 and an active member of BIB, the informal collaboration of BCS Payroll Group, IReeN and Basda HR and Payroll Special Interest Group (the representative bodies for UK payroll suppliers) that meets regularly with Government Departments on a variety of payroll related matters.I represented the British Computer Society at HMRC's Employment and Payroll Group (EPG), HMRC’s principal consultation forum for employers and their intermediaries, from inception in 2014 until 2021.I was recognised in Reward Strategy's Reward 300 in 2020, 2021 and 2022 as one of their Knowledge & Professional Services Leaders.
