Employment Specialist
CurrentManage individual and group training sessions and regular department meetings to ensure expected performance and growth standards•Counsel individuals to help them overcome personal and social problems affecting their employment opportunities•Consistently identify and manage a steady pipeline of employment opportunities for client placement•Maintain accurate records of all leads/activities and prepare and deliver periodic reports of such data•Evaluate client's skills, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional assessment tools•Interact with various departments within the organization to ensure that the clients experience a seamless transition between departments•Identify all job-readiness, placement, and retention support resources necessary to ensure clients secure employment and self-sufficiency•Coordinate and monitor services, including comprehensive tracking of clients’ activities in relation to individual employment plans
