Responsible for coordinating all internal and external Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems required for the safe operation of the company in compliance with legislation.Primary Responsibilities- Developing, implementing and maintaining WHS, QA and Environmental Management Systems- Providing education, training and support to employees, customers and subcontractors in the field of WHS, QA and EMS- Ensure all internal WHS policies and procedures are current- Provide a first point of contact for all staff and subcontractors on Management Systems- Updating Management System Manuals/Procedures as required- Review of subcontractors management systems to ensure suitable systems standards- Assist staff and subcontractors with rehabilitation issues and incidents- Adopt a proactive and responsive customer service attitude and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clientsAdditional ResponsibilitiesQualifications/Skills- Systems Management experience- Significant knowledge of Construction and Building Sites- Good communication skills.Required Licences/Certificates/Trade Papers- Cert IV WHS Management- Northern Territory Class “C” Drivers licencePersonal Attributes- Personal commitment to Occupational Health Safety, Quality Assurance and Environment- Attention to detail- Able to work unsupervised- Be customer focused- Be a team player- Be self motivated
