Responsible for working in the warehouse, process rooms, and packaging lines and evaluates all activities that meet Acceptance criteria.• Sample, inspect incoming raw materials (DEA) compounds, in process, intermediates, and finished products, for the QC Labs• Inspect manufacturing equipment/rooms and other lines for cleanliness and approve them for the start of operation• Perform QA (Beginning, Middle, and End) to pre-determine standards and batch record, also conduct AQL inspections on incoming and finished product• Knowledge of mixers and blenders in Manufacturing and Daily swabs of manufacturing equipment• Leading a small team to develop a perpetual inventory for Class I thru V DEA Products.• Monthly visual inspections for retains and customers complaints

Set-up for customer POU locations and manage inventory of Participating Labs. Duties include Inspection, handling and documentation of Cryogenic samples and managing stored samples for testing usage.• Detect new or old products from Inventory Manager to delete or add.• Trained on Nitrogen gas to fill Biocision Cryopod Carrier for transporting samples when needed.• Work with end user to ensure items are required quality and cost effective to receive in a time fashion.• Define cost savings, cost avoidance, and reduction opportunities within the program for J&J• Worked alongside colleagues to set-up Analytical labs and maintain acceptable inventories.• Commitment to handle Cryogenic shipments (In/out bound) while maintaining safety precautions at all times

Improved Inventory management by sorting important and most frequent samples being tested, purchasing reference standards which included (DEA/ FORM 222). More duties included shipping receiving, chemical and storeroom tracking, and product delivery. Team Lead in taking charge of all standards Control and Non-Control such as ordering, inventory and distribution. Improved cost saving measures by forecasting standards for testing with minimum waste and expiration dates while also improving multiple storage locations for standards to retrieve in a quicker manor for analytical services. Ensure that my work area is clean and FDA and DEA ready.

Contact with various Project Managers dealing with raw data and product as well as DEA reference standards, Launch of new customize E-Notebook for sample coordination use.• Organization of walk-ins and stand alone to improve finding samples and standards in a timely manor• Daily entry in Watson LIMS and customize E-Notebook version 10.1.1• Improved working in Sample area with safety manager according to OSHA Standards• Certification in Hazardous Material, Title 49 and IATA Dangerous Shipping Goods (DOT)

Contact with various Project Managers on setting stability study via Watson 7.3 Bioanalytical LIMS, reading protocols, disposal memos, DEA Stability Studies, and year ending DEA Inventory (schedule CI-CV), DEA Form 222• Respond to Kaye Watch alarms in a timely fashion 24/7 when stability chambers fail• Improved retain area for product disposals, manufactured, DEA Samples, and Raw Materials for products and Log Books• Coordinated a schedule for PM’s, Mapping of walk-in’s, stand-alone chambers, and all calibrated equipment dealing with Sample Coordination on a monthly basis• A team player in designing the companies first perpetual inventory for DEA products• Set-up stability studies using LIMS to schedule stability pulls and deliver samples to analytical groups according to protocol• Sample Raw Materials for manufacturing of cGMP Products and documentation of results
