I have 19 years+ experience of working in fast paced, quick turnaround environments especially in my current role as an Account Manager within the Print Industry. My current role requires me to manage my clients needs and expectations from the moment I receive the main brief to then building / managing the critical path from start to finish. A key part of my role is to work in conjunction with our Logistics and Fulfilment Warehouse to ensure a smooth delivery of goods received from production, then packed and dispatched into many 100’s of UK sites. Its critical that the goods fulfilled are delivered in a timely fashion to meet business critical go live dates.My clients are always keen for me to visit them on site to discuss, brainstorm and finalise the project(s) in hand. Its at this moment where I believe my personality, industry and supply chain knowledge flourish. I am a very motivated individual, great team player and like to think I bring a good spirit to every project I work on. Innovation is a key focus for me especially working in the Print Industry. Our clients have to be at the forefront of everything they do, and I like to help them achieve that goal!
