Colin leads a multi-disciplinary team to identify, unlock and enhance car parks through providing end-to-end solutions that will seek to optimise, repurpose/reposition, or redevelop car parks/ future mobility hubs, opening up opportunities to either enhance income or unlock value that support wider regeneration plans in towns and cities.Central to the team’s modus operandi is data and insight – to this end, we have developed our Resilient Places toolkit, that enables us to analyse all locations in the UK for repurposing potential based on a raft of key indicators.
