Beta Theta Pi is a men's collegiate fraternity that is dedicated to developing men of principle for a principled life. Our brotherhood aids the individual, strengthens the fraternity and the host academic institution through lifelong devotion to the core values of musutal assistiance, intellectual growth, trust, responsible conduct, and integrity.Our Expansion Department aims to establish and develop a principled fraternal experience at premier institutions of higher education across North America. In doing so, our professional staff will recruit, develop, and train high quality advisory teams and student leaders to establish sustainable chapters fulfill the mission, vision, and core values of the fraternity.Mission: To develop men of principle for a principled life.Vision: Every member will live Beta Theta Pi's values.Core Values: Mutual Assistance, Intellectual Growth, Trust, Responsible Conduct, Integrity• Manage 5 remote employees on daily operations of new branches of the Fraternity• Lead a two week training for 13 new employees, twice a year• Create new resources that assist our team in advisor training and recruitment• Collaborate with our communications department for advertising and marketing across campuses

• Lead a recruitment team of 4 other staff members to recruit 65 active members and 10 advisory team. • Update and deliver a 7 week education program consisting of recruitment strategies, values based leadership, and chapter operations. • Collaborate closely with American University, Alumni in the D.C area, and Undergraduates to create a sustainable chapter operations. Including event programing, risk management, finance, accountability and education.

• Worked in a team of four to recruit 67 Undergraduates at Illinois, and 51 at Pittsburgh• Plan logistics of events, and prepare education sessions for 90 men at Florida State University• Create and plan training's that focus on recruitment support for three chapters
