Campus Boom was a dot-com start-up I cofounded with a pair of like-minded individuals at the University of Maryland. Campus Boom was centered around campus community involvement. It included classifieds, a local event calendar and bulletin board, and acted as a centralized hub for information related to campus life.Campus Boom was based on an open-sourced classifieds API called OSClass, and was chosen by OSClass's official website in 2011 to be a member of their showcase.After a general lack of interest outside of our initial market, Campus Boom was dissolved in 2012, and its founders moved on to other career opportunities.
