The Officer with responsibility for the financial administration of the new body. In addition, responsible for the leadership of all non-clinical services of the body. Key responsibilities included developing governance arrangements for new body and preparing financial plan and negotiating payments from NHS Tayside and Perth Council to the new body c£250million.

As well as Co-ordinate Transformational Programme for Housing, Community Care, Strategic Procurement and Customer Services, I was the Financial Controller for Housing Service and developed the Business Plan and housing capital programme for Perth and Kinross.Other main tasks included acting as Service champion the Perth Office Programme to achieve reduction in buildings while co-locating Health teams; negotiate for Council with Tayside partners the Partnership Agreement for Health and Social Care; worked with Tayside Health and Council Finance colleagues to develop financial arrangements for health and social care integration.

Assisted with the development of the Bill for Health and Social Care integration, and engaged with NHS/LA Directors of Finance to create the financial arrangements to support the new national policy.
