Aprimo is a $70M leading global provider of cloud-based marketing operations software. Company founded 1998, acquired by Teradata Corporation 2011, subsequently sold to Marlin Equity Partners 2016 as stand-alone company again. Joined company as Controller in 2005, promoted to VP Finance within a year, served as Interim CFO, and VP Finance through both acquisitions. - Successfully launched new stand alone financial ERP system, online travel reimbursement tool, corporate travel card program, professional services automation tool, banking, cash management, and financial reporting processes within 120 days of separation from Teradata, which eliminated $100k / mo shared services cost. - Developed and implemented right sizing financial plan and restructuring within six months that lowered annual burn rate by millions and achieved hitting our EBITDA target by end of 2016.

TMA was a provider of integrated marketing applications with 1,400 team members and business unit of Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC). We combined the Aprimo acquisition, Teradata's existing application business, and a few other tuck-in acquisitions to create a $200M global business. Managed FP&A process, budgeting, strategic long term planning, and field operational support.- Transformed KPIs from legacy enterprise software business to SaaS model that provided better insights into future investments, higher company valuation, and double digit sales growth. - Led Merger & Acquisition (M&A) financial due diligence and systems integration for two successful acquisitions: eCircle, a digital messaging application provider in Germany; and Ozone, a digital services provider in US. Also led financial integration of Aprimo into Teradata's ERP that allowed seamless reporting as part of its public filing requirements.- Completed full carve out of historical and forward looking financials, led financial due diligence and presentations to private equity firms that resulted in the sale of the TMA business.- Increased recurring cloud gross margins 10% by converting hosted solution from a capital intensive infrastructure to an outsourced infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS).
