I lead the firms Private Office Deals team, advising UHNWI's and Family Offices on all aspects of their real estate holdings, from strategy, deal origination and execution, operating model and governance, refinancing and exit. I also support platforms, managers and operators looking for private capital to grow their platform or coinvestment.

Programmatic JV's working with managers and operating platforms looking for growth capital. Project JV's and coinvestment. Capital raising. Platform and portfolio sales. Real estate work out, stressed / distressed situations, working with multiple stakeholders across the capital stack. Projects include:- real estate lead on Carillion plc insolvency;- advice on sale of TAG Farnborough Airport;- advised Singaporean investor on acquisition of €250m UK logistics portfolio;- advised secured creditors on sale of 51 Eastcheap to WeWork;- advised Gatehouse Bank on the sale of their £150m single family BTR portfolio to Goldman Sachs.

The real estate arm of the Family Office comprising the former European, core plus commercial real estate portfolios of Rutley European Property, Deustche Land and Fabian Romania, together with a number of assets from the Principal's private account, €1.2bn pan European CRE. Responsible for devising and executing a “manage to core" strategy, maximising returns through asset management and completing sales totalling in excess of €500m across Western and Central Europe including Germany, Poland, France, Netherlands, and Sweden, negotiating debt buy bank from lenders.

- Integral part of a small team responsible for the successful launch of Knight Frank's fund management business, Rutley Capital Partners;- Responsible for Rutley European Property Ltd’s €540 million pan European core plus commercial real estate portfolio (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and Sweden;- Rutley Indian Property Limited: responsible for the creation of investment case and strategy, structuring, ring-fencing seed assets, investor road-shows in the UK, US, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong and Qatar throughout 2007 / 2008; - Rutley European Property Limited: responsible for the creation of investment case and strategy, structuring, origination and analysis of seed assets, private placement (jointly with UBS) and subsequent Main Listing and C share issue. Involved in initial acquisitions of c. €160m of assets in Germany and Poland (2006 / 2007).

Knight Frank Corporate Finance, undertaking all Regulated business within the Knight Frank group including: - The Access Fund: responsible for delivering the launch of the first Knight Frank branded real estate fund raising equity from the KF private client base;- Abbey JV - structured residential derivative products linked to HHPI;- Company / SPV sales;- Indirect investment;- Operating Limited Partnership structures;- International real estate consultancy, advising blue chip multi-nationals and governmental bodies on their global real estate portfolios and requirements; including the privatisation of Cesky Telecom and U. S. Department of State, throughout Europe, Africa and South America.
