• Documenting key processes through functional specifications documents. Reviewing these on a annual basis, liaising to gain the input and sign off of multiple stakeholders• Owning and managing critical pieces of work, such as the data and distribution of Annual Pay Statements, with the end result being c. 50k individual statements delivered to employees• Analysing technical issues and queries, applying problem solving and technical skills to identify root causes and design solutions• Working cross team and cross function to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment with tight static deadlines• Configuring the Annual Pay Review system for each different stage of the programme, setting up users, security assignments and capturing and loading data files from stakeholders to provide the desired outcomes for the end users• Building bespoke reports on the Business Objects platform, that allow stakeholders to self serve and querying SQL for additional data when required• Identifying opportunities where changes can be made to improve the overall Pay Review process and managing these changes from design through to delivery

• Chairing the bank wide Pay Review Project Control Committee, while tracking risks, issues and RAG status through the Programme RAID log• Identifying training needs and delivering solutions both written and verbally• Managing Data Quality and Hierarchy processes, ensuring the businesses have the tools and support needed to meet the Pay Review deadlines• Mapping key team processes through Visio for handover continuity• Owning and contributing to Continuous Improvement work streams during Programme down time, while always seeking to improve the customer experience• Assisting stakeholders with adhoc reporting requirements • Managing queries relating to Annual Pay Review

• Managing service access request and Work requests in relation to YourHR online • Undertaking day to day administration of the Oracle HRMS and SAP HR applications to ensure system remains operational• Undertaking audits and providing data to other area of HR Shared Services to allow audits to be undertaken • Taking lead responsibility for Audits carried out on my team from external and internal auditors. Ensuring required information correct and accurate• Providing systems expertise to HR Projects from defining business requirements through to implementation• Owning team projects to develop and configure HR systems to ever changing business needs and to maximise user experience• Building & producing Adhoc reports through Oracle Discoverer• Supporting MI Analyst and Work Structures Co-ordinator

• Providing an administration service to both internal and external customers• Liaising with the business to ensure training arranged before key authorisations expire • Sourcing cost effective suppliers for external training• Managing budget tracker to ensure necessary funds are in place for training• Managing and updating training databases• Producing regular reports, analysing the data and providing feedback on trends• Building process archive and creating training guides and process document content to populate it• Delivering training on HR SAP LSO to Business Reps via conferences, conference calls and WEBEX seminars
