• PowerBI Expertise: Developed, designed, and implemented LivCor's internal and external PowerBI reporting, providing automated, daily insights on key metrics like P&L, Occupancy & Leasing, Unit Availability, and Market Rent Trends. In 1992, my dad bought Green Ace Hardware from his dad, so as a kid, I spent a lot of time on the floor of my family's business. When the time came for me to get a job in high school, Meyer Ace Hardware was the easy choice for me, as the environment there was the same as the one I grew up in.
