As Manager of Douneside Health Club in Tarland I managed a team of 10 members of staff at different levels. We were an award-winning venue and I built up the membership at the new facility working closely with staff, the general manager and suppliers to provide an excellent service and customer care as well as leading on recruitment, Health and Safety, budget management and staff training to ensure we met financial and KPI targets.
