• Completed multiple long-term root cause analysis projects for various production issues throughout the Co-op.• Discovered that a string of filtration issues for a high value product was caused by a specific process temperature variable. Changes to the process variable resulted in up to several thousand pounds of product being saved per batch.• Performed statistical analysis and generated practical control limits for a variety of physical properties including viscosity, pH, and particle size. • Gave recommendations as part of a process improvement project that would allow for 2-3 more batches of a high revenue product being run per month.
