-Manage the growth, profit, and retention of a $60m book of high-net-worth personal lines insurance business in the Houston and New Orleans markets.-Prospect the local marketplace and connect qualified leads with established product distribution channels.-Oversee roll out and positioning for all lines of personal insurance coverage including home, auto, valuable articles, liability, watercraft, and flood products.-Implement and execute corporate strategy and distribution management plans.-Consult with agency managers, producers, and principals to create and execute effective business development strategies targeting the affluent and ultra affluent market segment.-Coordinate and align internal departments to provide the marketplace with clear and unified message and action plan.-Develop and sponsor co-branded marketing initiatives and events with agency trading partners.

-Accurately value and apply loss prevention measures to Chubb’s personal lines property exposures in the Houston and New Orleans markets.-Advise agency representatives of appropriate valuation and loss control strategies to help them better serve the end consumer.-Initiate open communication between Appraisal and Underwriting functions to ensure proper risk selection in consistency with Chubb’s risk tolerance and appetite.-Meet and exceed monthly production goals as set by management.-Consult with clients to discover and understand their specific exposure as they see it and recommend additional lines of coverage as appropriate.

-Manage the selection and profitability of a multistate, multiline book of high net worth personal lines business.-Develop and maintain strong personal and professional relationships with internal and external customers.-Leverage agency relationships to meet and exceed growth, loss ration, and retention goals as set by management.-Collaborate with marketing and management to effectively deliver clear and concise messages and expectations to our agency partners.-Perform sales and service calls to agency partners.

-Assist in operations at daily rental branch.-Manage Operations at satellite rental branch.-Perform sales and service calls to accounts.-Meet and exceed sales and service goals set by upper management.-Manage and increase fleet efficiency and utilization.
