Responsible for the administrative operations of 14 primary care clinics and a centralized call center which offer a full array of clinical services including ambulatory primary care, urgent care, integrated behavioral health, dental services, podiatry, pharmacy, nutrition, and telemedicine services.

Appointed to plan, operationalize and scale the ZSFG Employee Health Services COVID Response Team. Developed interdisciplinary team to manage large clinical consultation, testing, contact-tracing, high level cross functional operations, policy, and data-driven performance improvement.

Built and directed the new Office of Patient Experience (regulatory compliance, patient rights, risk management). Turnaround operations by creating unified vision, advocating, and instilling organizational excellence. Managed daily programming in the health services clinic at the Metro Department of Youth Services Center for committed youth / youthful offenders detained and awaiting judicial action; designed, led medical adherence counseling / training curriculum for risk assessment, treatment adherence, daily programming of HIV / STD clinic. Directed case management for ~15 adolescent / adult clients for In-Home Therapy Family Stabilization Program & Community Support Program. Delivered solutions-based method to reduce risk of harm to self / others by creating individualized action / safety plans; identified potential risks; managed interventions, identified community partners; onboarded training; coached staff.

Provided case management and behavior treatment using Applied Behavioral Analysis to adolescents with autism at every stage: home-based, day and residential programs, and partner classrooms in public school systems; maximize independence through education, research, and technology.
