-Responsible for facilitating the educational programs aboard Roseway as well as being an educator.-Work closely with the Program Manager in organizing logistics and activities for student programs, time management and scheduling.-Serve as a deckhand aboard the ship.-Live and work aboard Roseway in St. Croix, Virgin Islands and Boston, and during a 2-month semester at sea.

-Prepare grant/contract invoicing in accordance with the grant agreement/file.-Entering and maintaining MIP computerized financial information system for grant/contract billing.-Set up and maintain all grant/contract files.-Entering daily deposits into the MIP computerized financial information system.-Maintain compliance with Federal and State guidelines for processing documents with mandated time-frames.

Create invoices for Texas Conservation Corps & Louisiana Conservation Corps, enter into softwareSupport federal reporting by compiling documents, prepare RFP documents for purchasesTrain new team members on fiscal policies regarding purchasing, PEX cards, receiptsCreator & Editor-in-Chief of monthly internal staff newsletter "The Appreciette"
