From the moment I took my first psychology course in high school, I finally realized what purpose I had in life. All the other classes felt like drudging through worksheet after worksheet of copy and pasted answers. This psych course though, it felt real. I have had this passion now for years, and I am working every day at advancing my abilities and knowledge in the applied field of psychology in various disciplines.The most vital strength of my character would have to be my responsibility. No matter what hardships come my way, I always strive to complete my duties. My internal work ethic is unfaltering and the need to do good work every time, on time, is always in the forefront of my mind. Secondly, I am a positive person. Enthusiasm and lightheartedness are what I bring to my coworkers and clients. Bad situations do not have a hold on my psyche, and I try my best to cultivate a fun and engaging space for everyone that is near me. Not only do I actively participate in removing self-doubts, but I also constantly encourage others to believe in their work and offer help whenever needed. Additionally, I have learned many other skills quickly such as with a computer, lumberjacking, and landscaping: all with an open mind.
