Managed BT's sell-to relationship with top 50 wholesale accounts outside the UK including mobile, fixed-line and ISPs.

• Developed a complete portfolio of IP value-added applications and eBusiness services to compliment Concert’s comprehensive range of IP, data and voice global transmission capabilities. • Initial service launches included voice over IP, hosted eProcurement services, and white label ISP services.

• Managed Concert’s distribution and supply arrangements across the Asia Pacific region. Led a team of 20+ managers located in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, US and UK. • Represented Concert’s commercial interests in corporate business development and strategic alliance activities, including the negotiation of BT’s Global Venture with AT&T.

• Facilitated the geographic expansion of a range of competitive end-to-end managed telecommunications and outsourcing services in monopoly markets. • Lobbied for market liberalization, obtained relevant licenses and negotiated business arrangements with monopoly carriers. • Obtained the first ever voice resale license in Japan by partnering with the U.S Government through the GATT process.• Won market access rights in 24 critical countries around the world enabling Syncordia’s success.
