Since becoming a lawyer in the fall of 2007, I have focused my practice in areas of general civil litigation and have spent a considerable amount of time in trial defending physicians, nurses, hospitals and nursing homes, who have been accused of committing medical malpractice. I also have experience handling other forms of professional liability defense matters, as well as cases involving general personal injury defense, premises liability defense, commercial litigation and contract disputes.In 2011, I was honored by my colleagues when I received the highest peer-review rating available, AV-Preeminent, by Martindale-Hubbell. In 2012, I was again honored by my peers when I was selected as the recipient of the W.A. Eldredge, Jr., Award for Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer, 2011-2012, at the annual meeting of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel. The W.A. Eldredge, Jr., Award was established in 1990 by Friday, Eldredge & Clark LLP to recognize an outstanding young trial lawyer who best demonstrates exemplary trial conduct, undivided loyalty to clients, courtesy and candor to opposing counsel, respect for trial judges and professional dignity for the administration of justice.
