Cloud Product Manager and Service Delivery Manager Product strategyProactively communicate product goals to stakeholders and manage expectations for product and service delivery. Escalate large tradeoffs and necessary decision points to the executive leadership team and constantly collaborate with internal teams across the product lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include translating growth opportunities from Business Development, communicating capabilities to Proposals, manage engineering efforts and iterating on feedback from the Operations Team.Problem discovery and validationDefining and monitoring key metrics to measure success and prove out or disprove hypotheses. Author problem statements, product hypotheses and roadmaps with conviction, and honestly and regularly revisit to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customer base.Solution discovery and validationWork to identify potential features that will accelerate my organization’s goals, increase our ability to quickly scale, and create an excellent user experience. To do this, conduct user research and continually validate with internal experts to steer feature development. Capture core workflows and translate these user needs into well-scoped requirements and success hypotheses.Problem prioritizationWork in conjunction with customer teams to define the product backlog and set clear outcomes in partnership with engineering, design, and customer account leads. Support functional teams allowing for prioritization of competing feature requests, sustainment, and new product integration. Efficiently adapt goals to new information for mission critical needs.Delivery executionComfortable working system design and code reviews with engineers to validate delivery against requirements. Scope spans the lifecycle of the product, from initial release and onboarding, through day-to-day improvements. To condense development cycles, continually act as the voice of the user.
