Led a high performing team of research analysts to develop world class research and strategic advisory services covering global payments, the cards business, wholesale banking, and cash management. Clients included tier 1 global financial institutions and major industry technology vendors. Authored first known research on global payment hubs and vendor community.

Managed a team delivering treasury products via global and regional internet channels including: domestic & international payments, receivables management and image deposit. Drove the strategy, business case, design and delivery of a new global payments hub to enable migration of multiple lines of business away from legacy Fedwire and SWIFT payment systems. The bank benefited from improved payments flows, reporting, and customer service; and reduced costs.Led a multi-national development team of employees and consultants to design, develop and implement the bank’s global B2B payment and cash reporting hub (AccessDirect) for Fortune 500 clients.
