Detailed, hands-on experience of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-contract and phased construction of heavy civil engineering works in the environmental field. Extensive experience of liaison with employers, government departments, municipal authority staff, funding agencies, local partners and consultants.The procurement, administration, cost and programme monitoring and management of FIDIC based contracts with international funding (WB/EIB/JBIC/EU/AFD/ADB) support, has been a basic component of this experience gained worldwide. Management and participation in all phases of project implementation from procurement, design, production of tender documentation, bid evaluation and award procedures, contract administration and construction supervision and commissioning.
