Engineer
Current- Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining networking equipment including: - Mikrotik routers - Aruba switches - Ruckus switches - TP-Link products - Unifi, Cambium, Ruckus and Aruba Access points and other wireless technologies - WatchGuard firewalls- Manage and ensure the efficiency of point-to-point communications links with wireless antennas, primarily using Ubiquiti and Cambium equipment for connections between sites. - Collaborate directly with enterprise partners, including telecommunications giants like Comcast and Verizon to ensure their circuits integrate with our networks- Proficient in handling tickets on our in-house Salesforce ticketing system; ensuring timely and accurate customer support, and discerning whether issues can be resolved remotely or need on-site attention.- Oversee the installation of advanced networking systems in newly constructed spaces such as senior living centers, student housing, and large-scale residential complexes.- Regularly interface with clients to ensure their specific business requirements are efficiently addressed.
