General laboring consisting of activities ranging from constructing museum exhibitions at the national museum of Scotland to raising the ground level at Hampden Park for the commonwealth games.

Ensuring standards and health and safety practices were maintained during the manufacturing, assembly and installation of glazing units, frames and doors. Maintaining a high productivity rate and ensuring that the project met set deadlines and budget targets.Co-ordinations with site management and staff during crane lifts and other high risk activities to ensure a safe working environment was maintained at all times. Completing permits to work, risk assessments and evaluation drills. The registration of tools in and out of the workshop. Working at height, operating elevated work platforms and boom lifts while making sure staff properly used correct PPE and harnesses where applicable. Using power tools. Installing 350kg double glazed units from a boom platform whist load was suspended by crane. Aluminium fitting, wet glazing and silicon application.Fitting and sealing of acoustic boxes in hospital plant rooms and ensuring codes of clean/dust practices were adhered to. Fitting louvers and exhaust ventilation panels.

Garden maintenance of multi-million dollar properties, landscaping and general gardening.Using state of the art gardening equipment I was charged with the twice weekly upkeep of various properties in the Toorak suburb of Melbourne which boasted the homes of some of the wealthiest individuals in Australia. Using power tools, petrol mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers on a daily basis and occasionally using high powered demolition saws.Manual labour, repetitive heavy lifting and long exhausting days in sometimes 40 degree heat.

Day to day running of restaurant, bar and kitchen operations. Stock control. Human resource management. Budget control. Business development. Health and safety in the workplace compliance. Security. Money handling.

Stock management. Control of all stock in and out for the entire venue which includes 4 cocktail bars, 3 nightclub bars, 2 restaurants and 18 hotel room mini bars. Overseeing a £40-£45K weekly gross sales of food and beverage, compiling a staff rota to accommodate these sales with over 40 F&B staff ensuring staffing levels were both appropriate and cost effective.

Which included basic first aid, survival craft basics, basic fire fighting and human relationships in accordance with STCW 95.For this position I had to complete an offshore medical and gain a type R US shipboard visa class C1/D which does not expire until July 2019.
