Product specs inform technical design. Technical capabilities (and limitations) unlock design thinking. At all points of a project, those three teams should be in close communication to ensure the delivery of a truly great product that is fast, reliable, and meets the needs of the user.Grow your engineers - Every engineer from the intern to the principal has things to learn, and ways of becoming a better developer.
