At a large outpatient therapy clinic, responsible for day-to-day operations of patient management, scheduling, and billing compliance of 11 staff PT’s and PTA’s. Reviews of monthly referral and marketing report; compile quarterly review. Orients new therapists to procedures. Reviews coverage for staff vacation/ emergencies, and developments of new clinical programs. Participates in weekly leadership meetings. Reviews of weekly statistics for accuracy, and responsible for staff payroll in UKG. Facilitates bi- monthly facility staff meetings; complete notes and copy to regional Directors. Completed several training courses on optimizing the use of EPIC EMR, and “Business Management Principles for the Rehab Therapist” through Exercise is Medicine.

Evaluates and treats a spectrum of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses with a specific focus on pediatric and adolescent orthopedics. Manages caseload of 12-15 patients daily utilizing time management skills. Develops treatment plans structured around patient-centered goals, in order to maximize overall functional abilities. Completes timely documentation utilizing Epic EMR. Collaborates with referring providers in patient’s care plans and partakes in marketing opportunities to expand clinic outreach. Manages and oversees Physical Therapy Assistants to provide high quality patient-centered care.
