Director and Research Psychologist at this SME - my interest in identity structure analysis (ISA) and research using this innovative and insightful process which probes state of mind and self-awareness stems from work as a doctoral student and occasional lecturer on the subject at the University of Ulster in the 1990's. Subsequently (2001) I began to work on making commercial use of the technique via a small company of the same name as the current company wearing a research hat and a management hat. I developed my interest in identity analysis, set up a sole trader business, invested in stocks and angel invested in small companies that showed promise. And here I am eleven years later still full of enthusiasm about IEL's ipseus software and bespoke ISA instruments and with some commercial success with research projects, products and services under our belt attempting to grow the business.

Part owner acting as Finance Officer and adviser in a small family run business with a range of products such as Motivation and Life Skills coaching services, Boot Camp for military fitness and nutritional guidance, design and management of bespoke local government funded projects, motivationally based, working with Youth Offending Services for the diversion of local youth from gangs, gun and knife crime, private motivational consultancy services, Paediatric Resuscitation Awareness for Mums course and package (PRAM) and so on. Based on military and public sector expertese and creativity of Managing Director who is a fully qualified physical training instructor and Neurolinguistic Practitioner.

Invited to join company as a facilitator during a transition period and stayed as operations manager until transition complete.
