With more than 12 years of experience in B2B, B2C and B2E SAAS environments, over 7 years as a Product Manager (PMC III) and entering my third year as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), I have developed a variety of team-oriented strengths. As a product manager, I've learned how to connect real business needs with technology solutions. As a Scrum master, I've learned proven methods for maximizing a team's effectiveness and productivity in rapidly changing business environments.Through diverse experiences in startup environments for SAAS technology companies and large organizations like Bright Horizons, I discovered how developing a multifaceted skillset was vital to my personal and professional growth. As an integration and large project manager with ShipCompliant and Sovos, I gained valuable experience in working with APIs and determining integration needs. As a product manager with MotiveRetail and with Bright Horizons, I lead the development of applications on multiple platforms, including Liferay CMS and .NET, utilizing a mix of both Angular and JSF applications and with a focus on a RESTful architechture. As a Scrum Master for Bright Horizons, I'm now focused on developing the Scrum teams of the Back Up Care program and am eager to take the team development into the future. I'm also actively coaching my team on Agile Scrum principles and enabling team organization to deliver business outcomes more quickly. I've worked with UX designers using rapid prototyping tools in Figma, Mural, and LucidChart to clearly identify specific user flows, pinpoint gaps in the user experience, and quickly deliver actionable front-end specifications to developers. I'm also SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for enterprise) certified as of June 1, 2024.I've worked on teams that utilize JIRA and Confluence and with teams using Microsoft Azure DevOps, and have extensive experience in requirements gathering and writing, working with cross-functional team members from UX to Marketing to QE, and am confident in my ability to craft excellent user stories and communicate to business stakeholders.I can apply my breadth of communication and technical skills to overcome a variety of challenges in any role.
