Responsible for the marketing, technical and Health and Safety functions within Hettich UK I work with a large budget, monitoring it on a monthly basis to ensure I do not exceed the maximum annual spend. Working alongside Hettich Corporate Marketing Services I have helped increase brand awareness in the UK, and that the ensured that the Hettich Brand Values and strict Corporate Identity are followed. Market research, analysis and reviews are managed to support the sales team and ensure our strategies are followed. My role includes the management of the Technical Services department which means that I am the communication link between the Product Managers at HQ (Germany) and the UK office, ensuring that the internal and external personnel are fully briefed and trained on all the Hettich product range. I recently began training for health & safety management and now oversee all risk and hazards, ensuring business is legally compliant, whilst managing policies and procedures relating to H&S, fire safety, first aid and inspections.
