This includes electrical power upgrades, relocating staff in buildings, energy projects, replacement of boilers, Installation of ground source heat pumps. The team takes the clients requirements, produces scope documents, tenders and selects suppliers. Then manages the project to completion, training of staff and handover of the operation manuals,I manage the auditing of the operational delivery to ensure JLL operate legally compliant sites in the 26 European, Middle East and Africa countries in which we manage facilities.In 2009/10 I project leader for the startup of a new business entity within Jones Lang LaSalle, then transition manager for the first three accounts into the new entity. These projects have required me to write and present business cases to the company board. The entity within the first year had a turnover in excess of $12M and achieved profitability in 13 months. Recent projects have included: business development engineering lead in a successful bid for 1.08M sq ft of real estate under JLL management; management of transition team which included negotiation of the soft services cleaning and catering contracts took the position of Account Operations Manager for the first six months whilst the permanent manager was appointed.
