Liaised with landlords, engineers, suppliers and vendors to deliver security solutions upon sale.Selected Achievements: Increased overall sales by approximately $450K by developing sales leads from initial inquiry to completion of contract. Created a 60 page installation manual for completion of Needs Convenience Store projects, which helped the technicians understand equipment integration, leading to an increased project completion time by 30%. Sold and managed transition of the following major projects: two Lawtons Drug Stores, six Needs Convenience Stores, and four Acklands Grainger locations. Secured 50% of all Lawtons new construction in Atlantic Canada and most renovation work in the Halifax area  Managed 100% of all Needs Convenience business in Atlantic Canada, which included ongoing job tracking and a high level of interaction with the client. Maintained a high satisfaction rate by consulting with technical staff and end-users to ensure all proposed solutions met client needs.  Attained 25% in profit margins on large projects by tracking time required on location and reconciling equipment, as well as consistently identifying opportunities for improvement.  Provided ongoing consultation for end users as projects progressed, leading to increased customer satisfaction as clients’ expectations were proactively managed and any challenges that arose as the project developed were quickly mitigated.

Identified client needs and issues and facilitated effective resolutions.Selected Achievements Managed and coordinated with RBC and sub-contractor resources, ensuring that installations were completed as scheduled. Achieved highest overall rating among my peers in Canada by maintaining high level of on-time project delivery and overall customer satisfaction. Acted as project manager for 110 RBC locations—overseeing full-cycle service delivery from the initial site visits to systems upgrade completion—receiving excellent written feedback from local and national RBC managers. Streamlined project reporting by creating a spreadsheet that efficiently tracked each project, this process was implemented nationally which positively affected overall productivity for all RBC Projects. Delivered training to branch personnel throughout Atlantic Canada on system and security procedures.  Maintained compliance and RBC standards through preparation of weekly completion status, inventory, and branch expenditure reports.
