His experience in devising his own business succession strategy, coupled with being raised in a family business environment, provides Colin with a rare insight into both the legal and non-legal matters affecting business succession planning.Colin works in conjunction with trusted advisors (whether it be financial & risk advisors, accountants or other lawyers) and their clients to find innovative ways to arrange their affairs to enhance wealth preservation and risk mitigation. Colin provides extensive support to advisors and enjoys developing relationships with advisors to add value for their clients. He also enjoys providing training and workshop sessions and regularly provides seminars to advisors and clients in relation to this and other topical areas.In conjunction with business succession, Colin practices extensively in estate planning, ranging from SME owners to high net worth individuals with large and complicated structures.Colin’s experience in these practice areas allow him to provide fixed price packages to clients.Apart from his passion for his work, his other passions include his family, learning, health and fitness and the Collingwood Football Club.
