Kandahar Province, Afghanistan

I am accountable for the training of over 600 staff across 4 sites in Afghanistan. I set up the training function from scratch, liaising with the business to understand their operational needs and translate these into prioritised training plans. I also established and managed an administrative service to analyse current and future training needs, track and monitor mandatory and refresher training and create robust, auditable evidence for awarding bodies.I have delivered instruction, observation and assessment for over 2,000 licenses such as Fork Lift, MEWP, PSV, LGV and First Aid At Work. I have been instrumental in introducing a safety-first culture at the sites.

Kabul Province, Afghanistan

I was accountable for training staff across facilities in Kabul, Bahrain, Dubai and Iraq. I provided accredited training for Health and Safety, First Aid, Forklift and MEWP and designed and implemented the associated procedures and policies. I also designed and delivered less formal one to one and group training and ToolBox Talks on Health and Safety topics.
