so far In my professional journey, I have had two summer jobs the first was at Skyline Community College working as a lab assistant and the second was working in P-CREW a program at the Sierra Institute in lassen national park!I worked at Skyline during my 2020 summer In this role, I worked and trained as a lab assistant. I mastered how to use various scientific tools in a professional context such as pipettes, autoclaves, spectrometers, hot plates, magnetic stirs, bunsen burners, and voltmeters, as well as various processes like gel electrolysis. the skills I practiced most in this role were how to do careful and precise work in a professional context as well as how to work well in small teams.later in the Summer of 2022, I worked in P-CREW (it stands for "Plumas Conservation, Restoration and Education in Watersheds") in this job I lived and worked in Lassen National Park for 5 weeks in that time I performed a myriad of physical tasks such as building fences to protect endangered plants, digging out ponds for endangered frogs, and maintaining and upgrading trails. while performing these tasks I grew professionally acquainted with working in a team and staying effective even when not given constant instruction or supervision.and so far that's been my excursions into professional living I look forward to further exploring some of the interesting ways that I can contribute to society to make a better world for Eveyrone
