I am an IT Support Specialist, a graduate with honors from Honolulu Community College, and a current student at Western Governors University.As a student at HCC, I worked with real Cisco routers and switches to create LANs and use Cisco IOS to set network configurations. I also worked with Windows Server 2016 and 2012, Microsoft Azure, and Linux operating systems such as CentOS, Ubuntu, Kali Linux, and Security Onion. My training in network security and Windows Server administration enabled me to attain the CompTIA Security + and MTA 98-365: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certifications. I am a student with Western Governor’s University pursuing an online bachelor’s degree in Network Operations & Security since August 2020. So far, my education at WGU has enabled me to attain the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. As an IT Support Specialist with Navian Hawaii, I have earned experience with real IT troubleshooting with end users, Active Directory, Intune, and Office 365 administration in a healthcare environment.Ultimately, it is my goal to relocate to Madison and start a new chapter in my life.
